SEC. 06 / PROCESS[ 4 STEPS ]

How the work flows, start to scale

Small teams, short cycles, and working software you can see every week.

  1. 01

    Discovery

Users, constraints, and what success actually looks like — agreed before anything is built.

  2. 02

    Design

Flows first, then interface. We prototype the risky parts before a line of production code.

  3. 03

    Build

Ship in slices. You see working software every week and steer as it takes shape.

  4. 04

    Scale

Performance, cost, and reliability once real users arrive — with a team that stays.

Small teams · short cycles · seen every week.

SEC. 07 / WAYS TO WORK WITH US[ 3 MODELS ]

Three engagement models

Fixed-scope project

A clear brief, a fixed outcome, a fixed budget.

Dedicated team

An embedded squad — design, engineering, PM — that ships as yours, month to month.

Advisory

Architecture reviews, technology strategy, and roadmap work alongside your own engineers.

SEC. 08 / FAQ[ 4 TOPICS ]

We have the answers

Straight answers on how we scope, price, work, and hand over.

What does Dotnapps do?

We design and build software for other companies, and we run our own product line, Business OS. A studio and a product company in one.

Products or services — which is it?

Both. Services are how we help your team ship; Business OS is software we own and sell. The same people work on both.

Do you work remotely?

Yes. We work with teams across time zones, with overlap hours agreed up front.

How long does an MVP take?

Usually 6–12 weeks to something real in users' hands, depending on scope and how much of it is genuinely new.

How do you price work?

Fixed price for well-defined scope, a monthly rate for a dedicated team, a day rate for advisory. We scope before we quote.

Is there a minimum engagement?

Advisory starts at a few days. Build work is typically four weeks or more — below that, a freelancer is usually the better fit.

Do you work with our existing team?

Yes — we embed, pair, and hand over. Advisory engagements assume you already have engineers.

What's the process?

Discovery, design, build in weekly slices, then scale. You see working software every week, not one big reveal.

What happens after launch?

We stay for a support window, then move to maintenance or a dedicated-team arrangement if you want it.

Who owns the code and IP?

You do, from day one. Repositories, infrastructure, and accounts are yours throughout.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, before the first detailed conversation if you need it.

How do you handle our data and security?

Least-access by default, your cloud or ours, and we follow your compliance requirements — we build regulated products already.
